Reflexão sobre Provérbios 4:1-13: Buscar a Direção de Deus é sempre a Melhor Direção

Ouvi, filhos, a instrução do pai, e estai atentos para conhecerdes a prudência. Pois dou-vos boa doutrina; não deixeis a minha lei. 
Porque eu era filho tenro na companhia de meu pai, e único diante de minha mãe. 
E ele me ensinava e me dizia: Retenha o teu coração as minhas palavras; guarda os meus mandamentos, e vive. 
Adquire sabedoria, adquire inteligência, e não te esqueças nem te apartes das palavras da minha boca. 
Não a abandones e ela te guardará; ama-a, e ela te protegerá. 
A sabedoria é a coisa principal; adquire pois a sabedoria, emprega tudo o que possuis na aquisição de entendimento. 
Exalta-a, e ela te exaltará; e, abraçando-a tu, ela te honrará. 
Dará à tua cabeça um diadema de graça e uma coroa de glória te entregará. Ouve, filho meu, e aceita as minhas palavras, e se multiplicarão os anos da tua vida. 
No caminho da sabedoria te ensinei, e por veredas de retidão te fiz andar. 
Por elas andando, não se embaraçarão os teus passos; e se correres não tropeçarás. 
Apega-te à instrução e não a largues; guarda-a, porque ela é a tua vida.

No nosso dia a dia são inúmeras situações que nos exigem algum posicionamento ou no mínimo uma percepção da situação.

Nossa mente humana em cada situação pode se alegrar, se entristecer, se angustiar, se revoltar, amargurar,... enfim dependendo de como vemos a situação, nossa atitude poderá ser completamente diferente.

Qual a melhor atitude a tomar diante de uma situação desconhecida (sendo ela boa ou ruim) ?

Em provérbios vemos que a melhor direção é buscarmos a sabedoria de Deus em 1º Lugar.
Nesta sabedoria certamente teremos a mais correta percepção da situação e o melhor posicionamento que devemos tomar.

A comunhão viva com Deus consiste também em estarmos sempre buscando a sabedoria de Deus. Na sabedoria de Deus nunca erraremos de caminho !

Reflection on Proverbs 4:1-13: Seeking God's Direction is Always Best Direction

Hear, ye children, the instruction of a father, and attend to know understanding. 
For I give you good doctrine, forsake ye not my law. 
For I was my father's son, tender and only beloved in the sight of my mother. 
He taught me also, and said unto me, Let thine heart retain my words: keep my commandments, and live.
Get wisdom, get understanding: forget it not; neither decline from the words of my mouth. 
Forsake her not, and she shall preserve thee: love her, and she shall keep thee. 
Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding. 
Exalt her, and she shall promote thee: she shall bring thee to honour, when thou dost embrace her. 
She shall give to thine head an ornament of grace: a crown of glory shall she deliver to thee. 
Hear, O my son, and receive my sayings; and the years of thy life shall be many. 
I have taught thee in the way of wisdom; I have led thee in right paths. 
When thou goest, thy steps shall not be straitened; and when thou runnest, thou shalt not stumble. 
Take fast hold of instruction; let her not go: keep her; for she is thy life. 

In our daily life, there are many situations that require some positioning or at least a clear perception of the situation.

Our human mind in every situation can rejoice, grieve, lament, bitter revolt, ... finally, depending on how we see the situation, our attitude can be completely different.

What is the best course of action before an unknown situation (being it good or bad)?

In Proverbs, we find that the best way is to seek God's wisdom first.

In this wisdom, we will certainly have a more accurate perception of the situation and the best position to take.

The living communion with God is also to be always seeking God's wisdom. In the wisdom of God will never wrong way!
